Legal bases for the Instagram, Facebook and TikTok competition; SOIVRE 10 Glow Hair Kit prize draw
1.- SOIVRE COSMETICS of VCS FARMA Group
The company VCS Pharmacy, with its registered office at Polígono Ind. Les Guixeres, C/ Plàstic 21 (08915 – Badalona) with tax identification number B60281565, is organising a prize draw called SOIVRE 10 Glow Hair Kit Draw

Take part in the SOIVRE COSMETICS Full Routine Giveaway. The draw will have 10 winners.
To participate, you will need to:

the draw will be published on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with participation being valid through the publication of the draw on Instagram.
Are drawn 10 prizes comprising:
- A Glow Hair Kit including the Argan & Keratin Bi-Phase Conditioner and the Flex Detangling Brush, travel (mini) size.
The draw will take place on 29 June 2026, selecting the winner at random among all participants who meet the requirements.
Participation in the prize draw constitutes express authorisation by the winner/s for their name to be published on the social media channels of @soivre_cosmetics and on other brand communication channels. Furthermore, a picture of the winner with the prize may be requested once it has been handed over.
Inappropriate, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions will be removed.
4. - Duration and scope
The activity will take place in the territory of Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, thereby excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The start date of the competition will be 18 June 2026 and will end the 28 June 2026.
5.- Requirements to participate
All will be able to participate in the draw Individuals over 18 years of age with residence in peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands.

Reservations and limitations
It will be understood, by way of illustration but not limitation, that fraud occurs when the use of applications independent of the website, an abuse of server queries or any apparently abusive or malicious behaviour is detected.
The acknowledgement of any of these circumstances will result in automatic disqualification of the participant, as well as forfeiture of the prize if it has already been awarded.
VCS Farma shall be exempted from any liability in the event of errors in the data provided by participants that prevent their identification or contact.
Furthermore, it is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other circumstance attributable to the courier company that may affect the delivery of the prize.
VCS Farma reserves the right to take legal action against any person who carries out any type of manipulation or falsification of the competition.
The company VCS Farma also reserves the right to make changes for the successful completion of the competition if there is a justified cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being carried out under the planned conditions.
9.- Data protection
LABORATORIOS VCS-FARMA, S.L. is responsible for the processing of participants' personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Purpose of the processing: Raffle participation management.
Legal basis consent of the interested party by accepting these terms and conditions.
The data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the promotion and will subsequently be deleted with appropriate security measures.

10. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Mere participation in the competition implies the full acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to accept these will result in the participant's exclusion, and VCS Farma will be released from any obligations undertaken with said participant.
